IF ANY PUBLISHED INFORMATION REGARDING THE “WINABIZNESS.COM SWEEPSTAKES” CONFLICTS IN ANY WAY WITH THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS, THE OFFICIAL RULES AS STATED HEREIN WILL PREVAIL. BE THE BOSS, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY ANY RULES, AND ANY SUCH MODIFICATIONS ARE EFFECTIVE ON THE DATE PUBLISHED ON THE WEBSITE.

USE OF THIS WEBSITE CONSTITUTES AGREEMENT TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY AS DETAILED BELOW.

SPONSOR:

BE THE BOSS, INC. (BTB) is the sponsor of this “WINABIZNESS.COM SWEEPSTAKES” (the Sweepstakes), and is a Delaware corporation located at PO Box 12, Yonkers, New York 10703.

BACKGROUND:

The purpose of the Sweepstakes is to support one entrepreneur in acquiring and running a successful business which they can then operate or liquidate as desired.

THE PRIZE:

The Sweepstakes Prize will be:

A fully equipped, functioning laundry store valued at over $100,000;

$10,000 cash;

Two months rent valued at $3000.

The Prize is guaranteed to be free of any and all liens and encumbrances. BTB, Inc. however makes no claims about the prize in regards to warranty, profitability or condition and/or compliance with state and local laws. The Winner agrees to accept the Prize “AS IS”, “WHERE IS”.

No Prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of Prizes is permitted, except by BTB, Inc. for reason of unavailability, as provided above, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. The Prize does not include the cost of delivering the Prize to the Winner, the cost of transporting the Winner to pick up the Prize, insurance, taxes, and other expenses or items not specifically described in this section as part of the Prize. The Winner is solely responsible for paying any and all transport and/or transportation costs, and federal, state, and local income, sales, excise, personal property taxes, and insurance obligations. See “Disclaimers” for information regarding BTB, Inc.’s reserved rights in connection with awarding the Sweepstakes prize.

ELIGIBILITY:

Any person over the age of 18 legally residing in the United States or territories and possessions of the United States may be entered in the Sweepstakes as long as his or her place of residence does not prohibit or restrict their entry. Persons being entered in the Sweepstakes are responsible for researching and complying with local law. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. The following persons are prohibited from being entered in the Sweepstakes: Employees , members, officers, or directors (including their immediate family) of BTB, Inc.; any person affiliated with an independent firm which may be chosen to make the Winner selection (including their immediate family). Any persons not named above and meeting the eligibility criteria as stated, may be entered in the Sweepstakes. All entry information becomes the property of BTB, Inc.

ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES:

YOU HAVE NOT WON. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. You may be entered in the Sweepstakes in the following ways:

Mail: Complete an original form appearing on our website and mail the form along with your MEMBERSHIP order to BTB, Inc. PO Box 12 Yonkers, New York 10703. BTB, Inc. will then issue your Sweepstakes certificate showing your free ticket number(s).

Internet: Go to the Sweepstakes website @ winabizness.com to obtain a form and make your membership purchase(s) through PayPal. Once BTB, Inc. has received confirmation from Pay Pal, your membership(s) will be confirmed and e-mailed out along with your Sweepstakes certificate showing the free ticket number(s ).

Free Entry: Any eligible person may request a free Sweepstakes entry via mail without making a purchase. Write to BTB, Inc. PO Box 12 Yonkers, New York 10703 and include a stamped, self-addressed #10 envelope (except in the State of VT, where return postage is not required). Please include your telephone number (s), e-mail address and the word “ I want to win a business” on 3” by 5” paper and BTB, Inc. will forward your Sweepstakes certificate showing your free ticket number via return mail.

BTB, Inc. may distribute “bonus” free tickets at its sole discretion.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

Incomplete entry forms will not be accepted. All entry information becomes the property of BTB, Inc. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. BTB, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with any aspect of the Sweepstakes and/or not abiding by the Official Rules. In addition, BTB, Inc. reserves the right to seek damages from, and/or criminal prosecution to, any entrant or person associated with the entrant in the commission of tampering. If at any time BTB, Inc. fails to enforce any rule or regulation, this does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce the rule or regulation.

ODDS OF WINNING: The total number of entries made determines the odds of winning this sweepstakes.

TIMETABLE/SELECTION OF WINNER:

The Sweepstakes begins on BTB, Inc. and ends when 6000 WINABIZNESS.COM memberships are achieved (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time on December 15, 2010 or by the time 6000 memberships are sold. The drawing of a provisional Winner will be held on July 31, 2010 or when 6000 memberships are received with the drawing conducted by an independent auditor and may be videotaped and put on the web site for viewing.

The Winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the end of the Entry Period. The random drawing will be conducted by an independent judge. The Winner need not be present to win.

CONFIRMATION OF THE WINNER :

The provisional Winner will be notified by Registered Mail at the address supplied on their entry within 7 days of the drawing. The provisional Winner must complete and return the following documents to BTB, Inc. within 10 days of receipt of the Registered Mail: Publicity Release, Liability Release, and Eligibility Affidavit. If registered mail is returned undelivered, BTB, Inc. will attempt to contact the provisional Winner by phone or e-mail. If BTB, Inc. determines in its sole discretion that the Prize cannot be awarded to the first entrant whose name is drawn, due to his or her ineligibility, failure to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release (“Affidavit/Release”), or other disqualifying grounds, or if contact with the provisional Winner cannot be made within 48 hours of the returned mail, BTB, Inc. will contact the alternate provisional Winner (and so forth, until we have made successful contact with a provisional Winner). The decision of BTB, Inc. on the awarding of the Prize is final and binding.

WINNER’S ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE:

Upon completion of the confirmation process, including BTB, Inc.’s receipt of the required documents, BTB, Inc. will officially name the Winner. In order to claim the Prize, an individual who is announced as the Winner must complete an Affidavit/Release.

The Winner is responsible for obtaining insurance for the Prize in accordance with any state regulations.

TAXPAYER RESPONSIBILITY:

The Winner is responsible for the determination and payment of any local, state or federal taxes or fees which may result from accepting the prize, any appraisal of the value of the Prize, and any computing of the Winner’s tax liability.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, hold harmless, discharge, and indemnify, BTB, Inc. and its released associates (as defined below) from and against any claims, damages, or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entry and/or participation in the Sweepstakes or Sweepstakes-related activity, or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, or any aspect thereof, including but not limited to the operation of any Prize obtained as a result of the Sweepstakes.

“Released associates” are defined as any member, director, officer, employee, representative, contractor, agent, and advertising and promotional agency of BTB, Inc.

Further, released associates assume NO liability for the following

1) Errors occurring during the course of human or mechanical entry processing;

2) Typographical errors which may be found in printed materials;

3) Any conditions beyond the control of the released associates of BTB, Inc., under which conditions BTB, Inc. may exercise their herein stated right to cause the Sweepstakes to be interrupted or terminated; such as, but not limited to: any fraudulent attempt by an entrant to alter the outcome;

4) Technical failure of any processing function; and

5) Undeceived communication including mail, e-mail, voicemail message.

Should the Sweepstakes be interrupted, notification will appear immediately on our website, detailing the reason(s ) for interruption, and the dates for resuming operations. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated, notification will appear immediately on our website, detailing the reason(s) for the termination and detailing our plans to award a prize.

Should the Sweepstakes fail to raise our minimum required membership of 6000. BTB, Inc. will conduct the drawing as planned. Under these conditions, however, BTB, Inc. reserves the right not to award the Prize, but may instead award a prize of proportionally lesser value to the winner.

PUBLICITY RELEASE:

Except where prohibited, entry in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of either prize Option constitutes the Winner’s consent to BTB, Inc. use of the Winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, opinions, biographical information, and city and state address on a worldwide basis, for promotional purposes in any and all forms of media, in perpetuity, without payment or consideration.

PRIVACY POLICY:

BTB, Inc. will utilize an entrant’s personal information provided by them at the time he or she enters the Sweepstakes for: contacting the entrant to clarify information or send a receipt; selecting the Winner or communicating with the Winner; and awarding the Prize. BTB, Inc. may also utilize any entrant’s information in order to send additional information or solicitations specifically related to BTB, Inc.’s activities. BTB, Inc. will not share your information with any other organizations. When you voluntarily provide information using our printed materials or online, BTB, Inc. will make every effort to secure the privacy of this information. Since e-mail communication cannot be considered secure, do not disclose any confidential information via e-mail.

If BTB, Inc. provides links to other sites, BTB, Inc. claims no responsibility for monitoring these sites for content, and urge you to consult the privacy policy of the site before interacting in any way with the site.

DISPUTES:

The conducting of this Sweepstakes will be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. Should any disputes arise, the following methods may be employed to resolve the Dispute:

1) Direct negotiation between BTB, Inc. and disputing party;

2) In the event of failure of direct negotiation to solve the dispute, both parties agree to a mandatory minimum of one day of non-binding mediation in the State of Delaware, conducted by a mutually agreeable firm and paid equally by both parties;

3) In the event of failure of Options 1 and 2, both parties agree that any legal proceedings will be conducted in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware with each respective party paying their legal costs, regardless of the outcome.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.

RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR CANCEL SWEEPSTAKES AND INSTITUTE LEGAL ACTION:

BTB, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes for any reason prior to the announcement of the Winner, including but not limited to, if BTB, Inc. suspects or has actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of the Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by BTB, Inc. or its agents.
